I would call another company or look elsewhere if you are trying to purchase a property they have listed. I would hate for someone like myself to feel as though they are a waste of time!
I phoned to schedule an appointment to look at some property and spoke with Gerald. He literally told me that I was wasting his time because I had two other properties I was looking at the same day I asked to schedule with him. He told me he finds when people have more than two properties they are looking at in one day, its a waste of his time. I told him how unprofessional that was of him to say, I apologized for wasting his time and let him know he would not get my business. Such a hateful, negative thing to tell someone (in general) who wants to purchase a property you are representing/the Broker of. Gerald, you are not a good face to your company. Please be more patient and compassionate with others, if you get more business. If I knew the name of the person selling the property I wanted to purchase, I would call them and let them know EXACTLY why this property hasn't sold.
