Friendly and reliable
On March 24, 2015, I had to travel to Vernal, Utah from Tooele, Utah on business. Part of the way is through an area with no habitation. Out in the middle of nowhere I had a big truck pass that created a wind tunnel. After passing I felt a bump and suddenly it was like I was dragging something under my car. I got out and looked and the spoiler - big plastic thing that goes across and under the car to protect the car's undersides, I guess - was dragging on the ground. I had no idea what to do so I drove to the closest town, Duschesne. I scraped into Killian's. The guy (I assume it was Mr. Killian) came over and I didn't even have to tell him what was wrong; he said he heard me coming. Mr. Killian stopped what he was doing in the middle of the day and cut the rest of the spoiler off for me (he put it in my truck, should we wish to re-install it). He didn't let me pay him. I was very grateful for him taking time to help a total stranger who was clueless as to what to do and not charging me. To me, this is the height of Christian kindness.
